Late payment is rarely a dispute. It is usually that nobody sent the reminder. Ipnops reads the invoices in the account you already own and gives you the number that matters: who owes what, how much is outstanding, and how many have gone past their date.
When one needs chasing, it sends the reminder. The invoice already sits in your account with your name and your branding on it, so what arrives is the invoice your customer recognises rather than a message from somewhere new. A reminder reaches a customer, so it asks you first, until you say it need not.
Every chase leaves a record: which invoice, and the day it went. You can see what was sent without opening the account.
